两种稻飞虱的取仿为害对稻株氨基酸含量的影响

摘要:
用氨基酸自动分析义测定被不同密度褐悦虱和白背飞虱单一种群与混合种群取食为害后的汕优63稻株叶鞘的氨基酸含量。结果表明,在20、40、60、80和100头穴的若虫密度下,两种群的取食为害都能引起稻株氨基酸含量发生增加、减少和不规则的变化。在所测定的17种氨基酸中,蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸和赖氨酸等3种氨基酸含量在为害后均表现为增加,苯丙氨酸仅在单一种群为害后表现为减少,丝氨酸、丙氨酸和酷氨酸在混合种群为害后都表现为减少,其余氨在基酸对两种飞虱的取食为害反应不一。还讨论了氨在酸变化的原因与意义。

Effects of Feeding of Two Kinds of Planthoppers on the Content of Amino Acid in Rice Plants

Abstract:
The content of amino acid in leaf sheathes,which fed by brown and white back planthopper in different densities and populations,were determined.The results showed that the content of amino acid changed significantly-Met,Ile and Lys increased,Phe decreased under single population,Ser,Ala and Tyr declined under mixed populations and the others changed irregularly.The causes and significances of those above changes were also discussed.
