两系籼型杂交水稻根系生理特性的研究

摘要:
采用不同栽植密度、施氮量对两系籼型杂交稻X07S/紫恢100根系伤流强度、氮基酸及可溶性糖含量进行了研究,结果表明:(1)生育后期茎基部及穗颈节间的伤流强度均高于汕优63,穗颈节间的伤流强度下降速度大于汕优63,较低密度,中等施氮量栽培增加X07S/紫恢100根系伤流强度;(2)X07S/紫恢100基部节间伤流流中氮基酸总量低于汕优63,其基部节间伤流流中氮基酸总量随密度的增加而减少,随施氮水平的提高而增加,过高的施氮量反而降低穗颈节间伤流液中氨基酸总量;(3)基部节间的伤流强度日变化高峰值在一天中比穗节间的早;(4)基部节间伤流液中可溶性糖含量随密度和施氮量的增加而下降,认为低密度,中等施氮量栽培是提高X07S/紫恢100生育后期根系重活性的有效措施。

Physiological Characteristics of Roots in Two-Line Indica Hybrid Rice

Abstract:
Effects of nitrogen supplying levels and planting densities on the bleeding intensity, content of amino acids and soluble carbohydrates of roots in two line indica hybrid rice X07S/Zihui100.The results showed:(1)Bleeding intensity at basal internode and panicle of X07S/Zihui100 was larger than that of Shanyou63 ,decrement of bleeding intensity at panicle node of X07S/Zihui100 was faster than that of Shanyou63 in latter growth period. Bleeding intensity was enhanced with lower planting density and mid nitrogen suppling level.(2)Total amino acids content of bleeding at internode of X07S/Zihui100 was lower than that of Shanyou63, was decreased with more planting densities and increased with higher nitrogen supplying level. Over high nitrogen level would induced amino acid content decrement at panicle node.(3)Maximum bleeding intensity at basal internode in one day emerged early than that at panicle node.(4)Soluble carbohydrates content of bleeding at internode was decreased with more planting density and nitrogen supplying level.In general ,spore planting density and higher nitrogen supplying was an efficient way for higher physiological activity of root in X07S/Zihui100.
