紫萁野生苗与组培苗的氨基酸、无机元素含量的比较

摘要:
对紫萁组培苗和野生苗中的氨基酸、无机元素的含量进行了对比分析。结果表明:两者均含有16种以上氨基酸,富含人体必需的微量元素和常量元素。其中组培苗氨基酸总量为4101.21,野生苗氨基酸总量为2033.99,组培苗中的Zn、Mn、Cu、Co等无机元素含量比野生苗高。

Abstract:
The amino acid and inorganic elements content in wild and cultured plants of Osumnda japonica were determined.The results showed that they both had more than 16 kinds of amino acids and plenty inorganic elements,and that the contents of some amino acid and inorganic elements in cultured plants are more than those in wild plants.
