木材气体渗透系数测量的分析

摘要:
本文从测量理论和测量过程两方面分析木材气体渗透系数测量,分析结果表明,测量中存在存在理想气体近似和节流效应产生的误差,在实际测量条件下这现项相对误差的极限值都在0.4%左右,纵向渗透通常为0.1%左右,理想气体和节流效应实际影响可忽略其次,实际测量过程中存在气体压强测量,流量率测量量以及试件尺寸三个方面的误差,后两项可总误差值的85%,而试件尺寸造成的点总误差的一半以上。三者总和为3%左右。

Abstract:
Based on the measurement mechanism and measurement procedure,the accuracy of gas permeability measurement of wood was analysesed in this paper.The results revealed that the approximation of perfect gas and throttling process of gas in practical measuring may cause 0 4 percent of systematic error.The practical measuring errors came mainly from the measuring in flow rate and gas pressure,which accounted 85 percent of the total measuring errors.
