利用N~+离子诱变选育茶树良种初报

摘要:
7个茶树品种无性系种子经N+离子注入诱变,M1代个别单株在叶面积、叶型、叶色、叶面隆起性及萌芽期、抗寒性等重要农艺性状上发生明显变异,说明N+离子注入对茶树种子有较为明显的诱变作用,在育种工作中可作为创造突变的一条重要途径。

Abstract:
The cloning seeds of 7 tea cultivars were induced by N\++ ion implantation,and a few of M\-1 plants showed evident mutations in the traits such as leaf area,leaf type,leaf colour,leaf face's bulge,sprouting period,cold resistance and so on,indicating that N\++ ion implantation,being an effective inducing factor on tea plant,can be used as an important method in creating mutations in tea breeding.
