感染病毒的葡萄,辣椒,烟草叶片过氧化物酶的初步研究

摘要:
利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,对分别感染GFV、PYV和CMV病毒的葡萄、辣椒和烟草叶片组织内过氧化物酶的变化进行了研究。结果表明,感染病毒的叶片组织内过氧化物酶的活性较健株增强,但酶带数减少;病级间过氧经物同工酶的变化与植株外部表现的症状相反,病情越重,酶的活性和带数均越减少。

Abstract:
The variations of superoxide enzyme (SOD) in leaf tissues of grape,chilli and tobacco infected by GFV,PYV and CMV were studied using polyacylamide gel electrophoresis.The result showed that leaf tissues infected by the virus had higher SOD activity than those of the healthy plant did but the mumbers of enzyme band were less.The higher the disease level the plant had,the lower the enzymatic activity and the less the band number the leaf tissues had.
