丝素的食用研究

摘要:
叙述了从废丝中提取丝素蛋白的工艺流程及理论指标的测试方法,分析了丝素蛋白的组成,并做了小白鼠添食试验,结果表明:丝素蛋白为阶氨基酸,几乎具备人体必需的氨基酸,其含量约占氨基酸总量的10%左右,理化指标符合营养食品要求;在解酒,降低胆固醇等方面效果明显。

Abstract:
In the present paper,the methods for extracting silk fibroin and testing itsphyslcal andchemical criteria are discussed,and the component of silk fibroin and feeding test result of miceare analysed.It was revealed that silk fibroin is complete amino acids,including almost all aminoacids necessary for human. Their contents account for about 10%of the total amino acids.Thephysical and chemical criteria agree to the requi rement for foed,It has an obvi ous function indealcohol and decreasing cholesterol.
