谷子氮离子注入诱变育种初步研究

摘要:
对谷子氮离子注入诱变的效应进行了研究,结果表明,效果显著,突出表现为株高、穗长、生育期等性状的变幅大、变异率高,但品种间效应不同。适宜于不同育种目标,不同亲本材料的最佳诱变剂量待进一步研究。

Abstract:
The mutagenic effects on cultivated foxtail millet,Setaria italica,by nitrogen cation implanta-tion was studied.The results showed that the effects was obvious.The major fact was that the mu-tational ranges of the characters of plant height,ear length and period of growth were increased and their mutational frequencies was high.There was significant difference in mutagenic effects between different parent materials.Further study is needed on the optimum mutation dosages for different breeding objectives and parent materials.
