| 本实验运用氢清除法分别测定了静脉注射HCG及电针针炙蛋鸡的输卵管峡部组织血流量(IBF),结果表明:开产蛋鸡的IBF(ml/100g/min)显著大于未开产蛋鸡(p<0.05)。静脉注射HCG后开产蛋鸡的IBF显著升高(p<0.05);而未开产蛋鸡的IBF无显著影响。电针翼根穴可显著提高蛋鸡的IBF(p<0.05)。 |

| Abstract: |
| Isthmus Blood Flow (IBF) was measured on 3 conditions in the present study; normal, inject-ing HCG and EA by hydrogen gas clearence method. The results were as follows: 1) IBF (ml/100g/min) in laying-hen was significantly higher as compared with that in prelaying-hen (p<0. 05). 2) IBF in laying-hen was higher significantly by injecting HCG than before injection(p<0.05); but this increase was not found in the prelaying-hen. 3) EA on Yigen enhanced IBFsignificantly (p<0. 05). |
