水稻温敏型叶绿素突变体遗传及超微结构研究

摘要:
对温敏型叶绿素突变体进行遗传分析表明,离子束诱变的水稻温敏型叶绿素突变体苗期叶片黄化性状是以一对隐性核基因为主,核质互作遗传;其叶绿体在超微结构上表现为基粒数少,基粒类囊体片层数目少,发育滞后,叶绿体缺少明显的双层膜结构。

Abstract:
Genetic analysis of temperature sensitive chlorophyll mutations in rice indicated that a single recessive nuclear gene mainly controlled the etiolationat seedling stage, The character inhe?tance was karyoplasm interaction. Anultra structure study of chloroplasts of mutations showed less number ofgranas and grana lamellas of granumthy--lakoid as compared with that ofcontrol. The growth of chloroplast was detained. The chloroplast membraneswas absent.
