Abstract: |
Laser microbeam irradiation to eggs of the silkworm, Bombyx mori, can induce androgenesis, with hatching ratio up to 29%. All color-marked malesilkworms showed uniform development, good quality cocoon, even population, and fewes deformed worms associated with deformity ratio at only 4%. |
