激光微束诱发家蚕雄核发育的研究

摘要:
激光微束照射家蚕受精卵,可以诱发雄核发育,孵化率达29%左右。标志卵色的全部雄蚕,表现出发育齐,茧层率高,群体匀整度高等特点。伴生的畸形蚕较少,畸变率只有4%左右。

Abstract:
Laser microbeam irradiation to eggs of the silkworm, Bombyx mori, can induce androgenesis, with hatching ratio up to 29%. All color-marked malesilkworms showed uniform development, good quality cocoon, even population, and fewes deformed worms associated with deformity ratio at only 4%.
