激光诱发突变体早期选择的研究——(Ⅰ)红外激光诱变的当代(L_1)效应

本试验采用损伤量(d=X_K—X_L和损伤系数的公式,计算CO_2激光辐照蚕豆(Vicia faba)种子在当代(L_1)引起的生理损伤和染色体损伤,并进行脂酶同工酶的分析,结果表明激光诱变的当代效应是明显的。

Abstract:
In recent years, a lot of reports about the laser mutation effect have been published. In this experiment, the values of CO_2-laser-caused physiologic damage and chromosome damage of vicia faba in L_1 is calculated, by using the formulas, d=(?)(damaging quantity)and (damaging coefficient), and esterase isoenzymes are analysed. The results indicate that the effect of laser mutation in L_1 is signiticant. This constitutes a substantial foundation for early selection of laser induced mutants.
