鳮胚发育过程中羊水内蛋白质含量变化的分析

摘要:
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶圆盘电泳法分离和测定蛋白质的种类与含量,结果表明:孵化6天的羊水,在凝肥柱上未出现蛋白质谱带,孵化11天的羊水中出现9条蛋白质谱带,孵化15天的羊水中出现11条蛋白质谱带,井证明蛋白质含量最高。结果还表明,鸡胚羊水蛋白质的种类及含量随着孵化时间不同而有显著的变化,

Abstract:
Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to separate and determine different proteins and their contents. The result shows that no proteim bands aopeared for amniotic fluid on the 6th day of hatching, 9 bands appeared on the 9th day, and 11 appeared on the 15th d(?)y, (?) which showe(?) the highest protein contents. kinds and their contents varied obviously with time of proteins in c(?)icken embryo amniotic fluid.
