GSF—80型高速电磁阀

摘要:
本文分析了目前市售电磁阀的结构特点,找出影响高速电磁阀振动频率的因子。经缩短阀片行程距离,改变其在磁场中运动状态,并选用IJ50较高磁饱和铁镍软磁合金为阀片材料试验。测试结果:该阀具有高频性能,工作频率在290—330次/秒范围,达到茶叶光电分选机的设计要求。

Abstract:
In the present paper, characters of the electromagnetic valves currently for sailare analysed and the factors affecting vibration frequency of the valves is dis-covered. A new valve design is proposed by shortening stroke distance of the valve,altering motion condition im magnetic field and picking a magnetic saturated alloyof iron and nickel as the material for the valve.The testing result shows that thevalve is characterized by high frequency. Its working frequencies range from 290to 330 times per second, which meet the requirement for a photoelectric tea grader.
