水稻聚类分析中的若干问题的探讨——(Ⅰ)不同类型相关矩阵的相关信息量和稳定性

摘要:
作物品种聚类分析结果的可靠性和稳定性,在很大程度上取决于相关矩阵的相关信息量和稳定性。本研究根据29个籼稻品种的二年试验资料,比较了遗传相关系数矩阵(Rg)、表型相关系数矩阵(Rp),环境相关系数矩阵(Re),和相关遗传力矩阵(Rh)的相关信息量的大小和稳定程度。结果表明:遗传相关系数矩阵的相关信息量最大,稳定性最高,而环境相关系数矩阵的相关信息量最小,稳定性最低。

Abstract:
The reliability and stablity of varietal cluster analysis depend on the correlated information and stability of correation matrix to a great extent. In this study, based on 2year's experiment of 29 rice varieties, the correlated information and stability of geneticcorrelation matrix(Rg), phenotypic correlation matrix(Rp), environmental correlationmatrix (Re) and correlated heritability matrix (Rh) are compared. The results indicatthat Rg has the most correlated information and the highest stability, Re has the leastcorrelated information and the lowest stability.
