安徽省小麦白粉菌毒性频率分析

摘要:
1983及1984年用稍加修改了的Wolfe等提出的毒性频率分析方法,在两套鉴别品种(抗性基因己鉴定及抗性基因未明)上分析了安徽省小麦白粉菌的毒性频率,结果表明该省各地的小麦白粉菌群体基本上相同:毒性基因V_1,V_(3a)、V_(3b)。V_(3c)、V_5较普遍(频率>40%);V_2、V_4、V_2+V_6、V_2+V_(m1d)、V_4+?甚为稀少(频率<6%);洛夫林系统,高加索等黑麦衍生抗源及黔花四号,肯贵阿一号等其它类型的抗源“毒性”频率低。本文结合供试品种成株期表现,讨论了各抗性基因(组合)和抗源在安徽省的应用价值;还讨论了该省小麦白粉菌群体结构形成原因;提出了我省开展抗病育种时应注意的问题和建议。

Abstract:
By use of the slightly modified method of virulence frequency developed by Wolfe and Schwarzbach, the samples of the populations of Erysiphe graminis collected in five defferent regions in Anhui province in 1983 and 1984 with several sampling methods were tested on 2 sets of host cultivars with identified and unidentified resistance genes for virulence frequencies of the mildew and similar results were obtained in the 2 years.Similar structures of the mildew populations in the different regions in our province were found:virulent genes V1, V3a, V3b, V3c, V5 are common (>40% in frequency), and V2, V4 and gene combinations V2+Vmld, V2+V6, V4+? are rare(<6% in frequency); The most of the pothogen populations are avirulent to Lovin 10, kavkaz derived from Secale cereale and to the other types of resistance source,such as kenqui e 1, Qian hua 4 and so on.In the region of Hefei, resistant behavior of the adult plants of the tested cultivars was observed and the constitutional cause of the mildew population in the province are discussed here; the application value of the resistance genes (combinations) and the other resistance sources we tested are estimated. Some problems which must be noticed and some suggestions in the breeding of resistence to wheat powdery mildew in the province are proposed.
