为了筛选指标优良的种质，对来自安徽黟县宏村镇泗溪村和黄山区新明乡樵山村等地的22个榧树优株种子的理化指标进行了研究。分别测定了种仁的水分、油脂、蛋白质、木质素、纤维素含量及榧树种子的物理特征，对取得的各性状进行综合分析。结果表明：7个榧树优株种仁脂肪含量变化在36.20% ～ 57.03%之间，平均质量分数为42.36%；蛋白质含量变化在6.67%～14.69%之间，诸暨1号、高产木榧与其他优株之间差异显著（P＜0.05）；种仁木质素含量范围为7.19%～16.72%，纤维素含量范围为6.24%～7.93%，高产木榧、大圆榧与其他优株之间差异显著（P＜0.05）。来自黟县的诸暨1号脂肪、蛋白质含量在各优株中最高，硬度在各优株中居中，而高产木榧的脂肪、蛋白质和纤维素含量在各优株中最低，木质素和食物纤维含量在各优株中最高，与当地市场评价一致。
To select good seed resource with excellent indicators, the physical and chemical properties of 22 superior seeds of Torreya grandis from Sixi Villages, Hongcun Town, Yi County and Qiaoshan Village, Xinming Town, Huangshan District, Anhui Province were studied. The contents of moisture, oil, protein, lignin and cellulose in kernels and the physical characteristics of T. grandis were determined and analyzed comprehensively. The results showed that: the fat content in seven superior plant kernel varied from 36.20% to 57.03% with the average mass fraction of 42.36%; the protein content varied from 6.67% to 14.69%, and there was significant differences among ‘Zhujiyihao’ T. grandis, ‘Gaochanmufei’ and other superior plants (P < 0.05); the lignin and cellulose contents in kernel ranged from 7.19% to 16.72%, 6.24% to 7.93%, respectively, and there were significant differences among ‘Gaochanmufei’, ‘Dayuanfei’ and other superior plants (P < 0.05). The contents of fat, protein and hardness of ‘Zhujiyihao’ from Yixian County were the highest among the superior plants, while the contents of fat, protein and cellulose in ‘Gaochanmufei’were the lowest among the superior plants. Also, the contents of lignin and food fiber in ‘Gaochanmufei’were the highest among the superior plants, which was consistent with the local market evaluation.
