    摘要:

    拖拉机驾驶室作为操纵拖拉机的作业场所,其设计合理性对驾驶员的安全性、舒适性及作业效率具有重要影响。基于此,依托DELMIA人因工程学仿真分析软件建立第5、50和95百分位驾驶员人机系统模型,对驾驶员的视野、上肢伸展域、坐姿舒适度及换挡舒适性等静态舒适性进行分析与评价。结果表明,各体型驾驶员工作视野开阔,上肢可达性良好,第50百分位驾驶员驾驶坐姿舒适性略优于第5和95百分位驾驶员,第5和50百分位驾驶员换挡姿势舒适性优于第95百分位驾驶员,驾驶室整体布局合理,人机匹配性良好。

    Abstract:

    As the working place for tractor control, the design rationality of tractor cab has an important influence on the safety, comfort and working efficiency of drivers. Based on this, the 5th, 50th and 95th percentile driver human-machine system models were established by DELMIA ergonomics simulation analysis software, and the static comfort of driver 's vision, upper limb extension area, sitting comfort and shifting comfort were analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that all the drivers had a wide working vision and acceptable upper limb accessibility. The sitting comfort of the 50th percentile driver was slightly better than that of the 5th and 95 th percentile drivers. The shifting comfort of the 5 th and 50 th percentile drivers was better than that of the 95 th percentile drivers. The overall layout of the cab is reasonable and the human-machine matching is appropriate.
