Abstract:The community diversity of entomopathogenic fungi was investigated in Wanfo Mountain National Forest Park in Anhui Province in July 2007, August 2008 and June 2017. In total, 312 specimens were collected, 248 strains were isolated and identified as 23 species belonging to 10 genera and 6 families. Among them, the dominant genus was Isaria, in which 170 strains of 6 species were isolated, accounting for 68.55% of all isolations. The main components of the community were of I. tenuipes, Beauveria bassiana and I. cateniobliquus. The results showed that the species of entomopathogenic fungi were abundant, and the diversity index was high in Wanfo Mountain National Forest Park in summer. The specimens of entomopathogenic fungi were richer in July and August than that in June. However, the diversity index and evenness of entomopathogenic fungi collected in June were higher than those in other seasons.
