    摘要:

    天然圆竹因其独特的观感和力学特性,在建材领域中有着混凝土和钢材等传统建材不可替代的地位。综述圆竹材料在建筑基础、梁柱、结点等不同部位的应用现状,分析圆竹建筑的建造工艺。研究表明,圆竹建筑产业需进行体系化升级;在原材料方面应实现大规模工业分选分级,形成以竹种、径级和力学性能为标注的分级圆竹材料;圆竹构件及连接件应建立在分级圆竹基础上进行设计并以工厂化加工为主,同时形成配套的标准化制备工艺和性能检测标准;模块化设计和施工技术有利于圆竹建筑的建造和应用推广。

    Abstract:

    With unique appearance and excellent mechanical properties, nature bamboo has an irreplaceable position in the field of building materials such as concrete and steel. This paper discussed the application status of round bamboo materials in building foundation, beam and column, joints and other parts, and analyzed the construction techniques of round bamboo building. The research showed that the round bamboo building industry needs to be upgraded systematically. The large-scale industrial sorting of natural bamboo culms should be carried out to form graded round bamboo materials marked by bamboo species, diameter and mechanical properties. The components and joints of round bamboo should be designed on the basis of graded round bamboo and mainly processed in factory and supported standardized processing technology and performance testing standards. Modular design and construction technology are beneficial to the construction and promotion of round bamboo building.
