    摘要:

    为了研究黄芩种子的质量分级标准,对20个不同产地不同年份的黄芩种子的品质进行净度、千粒重、形态大小、含水量、饱满度、生活力和发芽率7项指标检测,并将各项数据进行主成分分析、k-均值聚类分析,以此作为分级参考依据,建立了黄芩种子Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级各级指标范围。其中,发芽率和种子活力作为主要分级依据,净度、千粒重、形态大小、含水量、饱满度作为次要分级依据。制定了的黄芩种子质量分级标准为Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ级,其质量分级标准符合实际情况,为黄芩种子的质量评价和人工栽培提供了参考和指导。

    Abstract:

    To study the quality grading standards of Scutellaria baicalensis seeds, seven indexes of seed quality of Scutellaria baicalensis from 20 different areas and different years were tested, including purity, 1000-grain weight, morphological size, water content, plumpness, viability and germination rate. The data were analyzed by principal component analysis and K-means cluster analysis, which served as a reference for grading. As results, the range of indicators of Scutellaria seeds at levels of I, II and III was established. Among them, germination rate and seed vigor were the main classification criteria, and then cleanliness, 1000-grain weight, shape and size, moisture content and plumpness took the second place. In conclusion, the quality grading standards for Scutellaria baicalensis seeds were established as Grade I, II and III, and the quality grading standards accorded with the actual situation, which could provide references and guidance for the quality evaluation and artificial cultivation of seeds of Scutellaria baicalensis.
