Abstract:Identification of QTL for yield components can help further improve wheat production. In this study, a BC1F2 population (680 lines) derived from Annong0711 / Yannong19 was planted in automatic single precise seeding. The effective spike number per plant (ESN) and kernel number per spike (KPS) were measured at the yellow ripening stage The thousand-kernel weight (TKW) and grain yield per plant (GY) were determined after harvest. Inclusive composite interval mapping method was used for QTL analysis of yield and other related traits. The results indicated that three loci for TKW were respectively mapped on chromosome 1D (Xcfd27-Xwmc432 and Xwmc432-Xcfd61) and 4B (Xwmc89-Xwmc48); two QTL for ESN and GY were identified on the same linkage interval of 1A (Xwmc312-Xwmc120) and 5D (Xgwm271-Xcfd18); however, no QTL was detected for KPS.
