Abstract:A rapid multirsidue analytical method for determination of six pyrethroids in Auricularia polytricha was developed by gas chromatography (GC) with electron capture detection (ECD). The pestcide residues were extracted by acetonitrile, cleaned up by florisil column and detected by GC-ECD. The ECD response for selected pesticides was linear between 0.005 and 0.5 mg·kg-1, and the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.9990. The average recoveries of the six pesticides ranged from 81.68% to 96.39% in Auricularia polytricha. The relative standard deviations were 1.87%-5.82% and the minimum detectable concentrations of selected pesticides were 0.005 mg·kg-1. These results showed that the method met the requirement for pesticide residue analyses.
