    摘要:

    为筛选优良青贮饲料添加剂,从德国南部山区苜蓿制备菌粉中分离得到5株乳酸菌。通过对菌株形态学、生理生化和16S rRNA相结合方法进行鉴定,对5株外源乳酸菌和常规优势菌株7的生长曲线测定和产酸性试验,得到3株高性能乳酸菌,并对这3株乳酸菌的生物学特性进一步研究。结果显示,R1、R5为植物乳杆菌,R2 、R3和R4为屎肠球菌;菌株R 1、7和R 5生长迅速、产酸能力较好;T>50℃时,菌株R1比R5、7耐温能力强,pH<2.5时,菌株R1的适应能力比菌株7、R5强,菌株R1比菌株R5、7抑菌能力强,外源品种R1可作为制备乳酸菌青贮饲料添加剂新的优良菌株。

    Abstract:

    To screen excellent microbial for silage additive usage, 5 lactic acid bacteria strains were isolated from exogenous bacteria powder. By analyzing strain morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics and combinating16s rRNA method to identify lactic acid bacteria. By contrasting lactic acid bacteria growth curve and producing acid speed of exogenous and conventional superiority strains, It gets three high-performance lactic acid bacteria strains and compares the biological characteristics of three strains bacteria. Results show that R 1 and R 5 are lactobacillus plantarum; R 2, R3 and R4 are Enterococcus?faecium; Strain R 1, 7, R 5 grows fast and the ability of producing acid is better; T > 50℃, The heat-resistant ability of R 1 is better than R 5 and 7, pH < 2.5, The adaptive capacity of R 1 is better than R 5 and 7. The bacteriostatic ability of R 1 is better than others, Exogenous varieties R 5 as a excellent Lactic acid bacteria for silage additive usage.
