Abstract:An analytical method for determining three sulfonamide antibiotics(sulfadiazine, sulfadimidine and sulfamethoxazole)in tea was developed in this paper. The analytical procedure includes extraction with methanol by ultrasound, centrifugation, and derivatization, followed by HPLC-FLD analysis. Average recoveries ranged from 70.5% to 131.1%. The detection limit of three sulfonamides was 0.002-0.003 mg·kg-1 (FW). The proposed analysis method for three sulfonamide antibiotics in tea samples is characterized by simplicity, high sensitivity and accuracy. The results will provide guidance for the reasonable use of sulfonamide antibiotics. Three SAs were not detected in the tea samples from different regions?in Anhui Province.
