    摘要:

    在油菜播种机悬挂架焊接过程中,先加工悬挂孔后进行焊接时,引起悬挂孔不同心,先焊接后加工悬挂孔,悬挂孔同心,但左、右拉杆的变形较大,对后续的装配造成影响。为了控制悬挂架的焊接变形,简化焊条电弧焊焊接的实验过程,提高油菜播种机悬挂架的制造质量和使用性能,减少油菜播种机悬挂架因焊接引起的破坏性事故,本文运用Simufact-Welding软件对油菜播种机的悬挂架进行焊接仿真,分析了悬挂架在焊接过程中的温度、变形、应力。仿真结果表明:焊接过程中焊缝处采样点的温度在1480℃上下浮动,加热最高温度过高,将使晶粒粗大,造成晶粒脆化,易于形成较大的焊接应力或变形,因此,要合理地控制线能量;在实际焊接时应增加附加刚性拉杆来减小左右拉杆之间的变形量。通过t8/5时间的理论值和实际焊接变形验证了仿真结果,仿真结果和实际基本吻合。

    Abstract:

    In order to control the welding distortion of the bracket, simplify the experiment process of the welding rod arc welding, improve the manufacturing quality and the performance of the bracket, reduce the destructive accidents that caused by the welding, we applied the simufact welding software into the welding simulation of rape sower bracket, to analyze the temperature, distortion, stress of the bracket suffered in the welding process. The simulation results showed that the temperature of the sample points of the welding seam fluctuated at 1480℃ during the welding process, and if the heating temperature was too high, which would produce coarse crystal grains, cause embrittlement of crystal grains, and easy to form great welding stress and large welding distortion, therefore, if the energy input was reasonably controlled during the welding process, additional rigid rod would be added to reduce distortion of the left and right drawbar in the actual welding process. Through the theoretical t8/5 time value and the actual welding deformation experiment of the bracket, the simulation results were verified to be consistent with the actual value.
