    摘要:

    通过对榆黄蘑液体发酵的单因素试验,并结合使用正交设计和响应面法2种实验设计方法,确定榆黄蘑液体发酵的最适培养基配方和最适培养条件。结果表明,榆黄蘑液体发酵的最适培养基配方为葡萄糖1.00%、蔗糖1.00%、蛋白胨0.3%、KH2PO4 0.15%、氯化钠0.03%、MgSO4 0.07%、VB1 0.001%;最适培养条件是接种量5 %、250 mL的锥形瓶装液量150 mL、温度27 ℃、初始pH值6.55及转速155 r·min-1

    Abstract:

    In this article, the optimum culture medium formula and the optimal culture conditions for Pleurotus citrinopileatus fermentation were determined through culture of Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing using single factor experiment with a combination of orthogonal design and response surface method. The results showed the optimum culture medium formula were glucose 1.00 %, sucrose 1.00 %, peptone 0.3 %, potassium dihydrogen phosphate(kdp) 0.15 %, NaCl 0.03 %, magnesium sulfate heptahydrate 0.07 % and Vitamin B1 0.001 %; the optimal cultivation condition was as follows. Inoculation amount, 5 %; 150 mL liquid medium inoculated into a 250 mL shake flask; cultural temperature, 27 ℃; initial pH value , 6.55; rotary speed , 155 r·min-1.
