    摘要:

    以皖东牛和广丰牛共128头牛为研究对象,采用PCR-RFLP方法检测牛MyoG基因的多态性。结果表明,在牛MyoG基因的外显子466碱基处发生G>C突变,检测到AA和AB 2种基因型,该位点的突变未引起氨基酸序列的变化。在皖东牛群体中AA基因型频率为23.66%,AB基因型频率为76.34%;在广丰牛群体中AA基因型频率为17.24%,AB基因型频率为82.76%。皖东牛的多态信息含量(PIC)为0.3606,广丰牛为0.3702,在该位点均处于中度多态。卡方检验表明皖东牛群体处于哈代-温伯格不平衡状态(P<0. 05);广丰牛处于哈代-温伯格平衡状态(P>0. 05)。

    Abstract:

    One hundred and twenty-eight cattles from Wandong and Guangfeng populations were used to detect the polymorphism of MyoG gene by PCR-RFLP method. The results show that a G>C mutation was occur in 466 base position of exon 1, and 2 types of genotypes (AA and AB) were found. The mutation had not caused the change of amino acid. Genotypic frequencies of AA and AB are 23.66% and 76.34% respectively in Wandong population, the genotypic frequency of AA is 17.24% and AB is 82.76% in Guangfeng population. The polymorphism information content (PIC) is 0.3606 in Wandong population and 0.3702 in Guangfeng population, which are all in average polymorphism situation. According to the χ2 test, there is not in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in Wandong population (P<0.05) and there is in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in Guangfeng population (P>0. 05).
