    摘要:

    针对传统农业机械设计效率低、设计周期长等缺点,以带式干燥机为研究对象,基于VB语言,利用CATIA二次开发技术,对干燥机的部分关键零部件(如链轮、换热器和风机叶轮)进行了设计。该设计方法主要以基于CATIA知识工程模块所绘制的零部件为模板,通过CATIA二次开发技术对模板进行操作,并基于Access数据库建立查询系统,从而编制出带式干燥机的计算机辅助设计软件。该软件可根据用户需求,自动生成零部件三维图形,自动生成用户所选择的二维工程图的视图,并可通过查询功能查询零部件的精度及工艺设计。利用CATIA二次开发技术对带式干燥机关键零部件进行设计可提高研发效率,提升整机性能。

    Abstract:

    Traditional agriculture machinery design have disadvantages of low efficiency and long design time. In this paper, the key parts of belt dryer ( such as sprocket, heat exchanger and fan impeller) are taken as the research object for design based on the VB language using CATIA secondary development technology. The design method mainly took the parts built in CATIA knowledge engineering module as template, operated the template file through CATIA secondary development technology and builded the query system based on the Access database develop computer aided design software for belt dryer. According to users’ demand, this software can automatic generate 3D graphics, two-dimensional engineering drawing views, and can inquiry the accuracy and process design of the parts. Using CATIA secondary development technology for belt dryer key parts design can improve the research efficiency and machine performance.
