Abstract:The cushioning structure for the transport package of fresh eggs was designed using B-type corrugated boards. It was similar to the cover of 0301 corrugated box. There was a cushion board in the middle of its length. Round holes were designed in the bearing surface of the cushioning structure by cutting four times. The radius of round hole was not greater than the average of the maximum radius of fresh eggs. In order to make upper and lower round holes staggered during the packaging process, there were six floors and two types of cushioning structures in the egg box. The force analysis and calculation of the cushioning structure demonstrated that the cushioning structure is necessary and reasonable.
