    摘要:

    以鲜鸡蛋为研究对象,采用B型瓦楞纸板设计鲜鸡蛋运输包装的缓冲结构,结构类似0301型瓦楞纸箱箱盖,在其长度方向的中间位置设计衬板,在其承载面上经4次裁切制作圆孔,圆孔的半径不大于鲜鸡蛋最大半径的平均值。在装箱过程中,为了使上下间隔使用的缓冲结构上的圆孔错开,设计2种缓冲结构间隔使用。对所设计的缓冲结构进行受力分析和计算,论证了缓冲结构的必要性以及改进后的缓冲结构的合理性。

    Abstract:

    The cushioning structure for the transport package of fresh eggs was designed using B-type corrugated boards. It was similar to the cover of 0301 corrugated box. There was a cushion board in the middle of its length. Round holes were designed in the bearing surface of the cushioning structure by cutting four times. The radius of round hole was not greater than the average of the maximum radius of fresh eggs. In order to make upper and lower round holes staggered during the packaging process, there were six floors and two types of cushioning structures in the egg box. The force analysis and calculation of the cushioning structure demonstrated that the cushioning structure is necessary and reasonable.
