Pollinated Dangshansu pear with Yuanhuang, yali, Matihuang’s pollen to research the hormonal relationship of fruit development and changes of fruit mass. The results showed that the treatments’ sequence of Dangshansu pear fruit mass pollinated by different pollen was Yuanhuang, Qiyuesu and Yali; there were obvious differences of endogenous hormones contents in fruits and seeds of different treatments, in every different growth period of fruits and seeds, the treatments’ sequence of endogenous IAA, GA₃, ZR contents was Yuanhuang, Qiyuesu and Yali, while the ABA’s was opposite. The analysis showed that the fruit mass of different treatments had a significant positive correlation with the pollination varieties mass. The seeds numbers and single grain mass were the same.
