    利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术(SDS-PAGE)比较分析了3株巨型艾美耳球虫免疫原性差异株未孢子化卵囊可溶性蛋白。结果显示,尽管所用的3株巨型艾美耳球虫在免疫原性上存在不同程度的差异,但3株巨型艾美耳球虫未孢子化卵囊可溶性蛋白的SDS-PAGE电泳图谱相似,至少有8条带,各带主次分明,其中有2条明显主带,分子量分别为42 000和39 000,还有3条较明显主带,分子量为36 000、26 000和22 900,其他可见带分别为109 800、86 900和62 800。结果表明SDS-PAGE电泳不能检测出E.maxima免疫原性差异株未孢子化卵囊可溶性蛋白的差异。

    Abstract:

    The soluble protein profiles of unsporulated oocysts among the three geographical strains of Eimeria maxima were compared by SDS-PAGE(sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel)electrophoresis technique. The results showed that the band profile from each of the strains were similar, although there were different in the immunogenicity of the three Eimeria maxima to some degree. There were at least eight protein bands in unsporulated oocyst, including two distinct proteins with 42 000 and 39 000, three relative distinct proteins with 36 000, 26 000, 22 900, and less-distinct proteins with 109 800, 86 900 and 62 800. The result indicated that SDS-PAGE electrophoresis could not detect the differences of the soluble protein profiles of unsporulated oocysts in the three different immunogenic strains of Eimeria maxima.
