低温胁迫对茶树叶片SOD、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量的影响

    摘要:

    以舒茶早和乌牛早2个茶树品种为材料,研究低温胁迫下茶树叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、可溶性蛋白含量和可溶性糖含量的变化。结果表明,随着低温胁迫时间的延长,2个茶树品种叶片内SOD活性均呈现先下降后上升而后又下降的趋势;可溶性蛋白含量先下降后上升,处理到第10天时均超过了原始水平(处理前),说明低温可能诱导新蛋白的产生;可溶性糖含量随低温胁迫时间的延长一直呈增加趋势,处理到第10天时,舒茶早相对原始水平增加了约12.8倍,乌牛早增加了约2.8倍,说明低温胁迫可以促进糖类的合成。根据上述生理指标的分析,以期了解这种生理变化与抗寒性的关系。

    Abstract:

    The activity of SOD(superoxide dismutase), the soluble protein content and the soluble sugar content of Camellia sinensis leaves under low temperature stress were studied.The results showed that the activities of SOD became lower at the beginning 2 days of cold stress and higher later on.After 10 days’ cold stress , the activity decreased. The soluble protein contents became lower at the beginning 2 days of cold stress and higher later on. At last the soluble protein contents became higher compared with the primitive level. The soluble sugar contents increased with cold stress all the time. According to the analysis of the physiological indexes, we preliminarily learnt the relationship between the physiological indexes and cold endurance.
