We made a research and analysis on the index of brake performance on-line inspection of axle assembly,construction and requirements of brake on-line test-bed,then designed brake performance test-bed of axle assembly base on it.It can be used to inspect the tested components and analyze the collected test data,which will meet manufacturer needs of the quality of axle assembling inspection and play a more important role in improving its quality in the future.
