From the perspectives of quality appraisal,"supplement farmland quantity and quality ranking according to the grade conversion",soil form and evolution,land raising with the self-control merit energy in the soil as well as the implementation of soil protection,cultivate fat and improvement project,we elaborate that the soil science is the most important strut theory in land rearrangement,and propose that we should firstly pay attention to the soil protection,maintaining soil fertility and self-coordinated function,enhencing land productivity and land sustainable use,and secondly to the soil cultivation,improving geological feature conditions in the application of soil science into land consolidation.
