    摘要:

    研究蜡蚧轮枝菌菌株在19 L全自动发酵罐发酵培养过程中生物量、产孢量和营养物质等代谢变化,并对其动力学特性进行了分析.结果表明,蜡蚧轮枝菌在发酵过程中菌体生长可分为延迟期、指数生长期、稳定期和衰退期,菌体生长量与葡萄糖消耗量密切相关,同时液生孢子产量的发酵动力学特征为部分生长连动型发酵.

    Abstract:

    The parameters and kinetics of biomass, sporulation and substrate utilization were studied during Verticillium lecanii (Zimmermann) Viegas strain Ac3.4505 liquid fermentation. The results indicated that there were four phases of V.lecanii growth in the process of fermentation: lag phase, exponential phase, stationary phase and decline phase. A close correlation between the biomass and glucose consumption was detected, the kinetics of liquid sporulation quantity of V.lecanii fermentation belonged to the type of fermentation of partly associated growth.
