    摘要:

    对不同品种梨果实品质及石细胞含量进行测定研究.结果表明,不同品种梨果实中石细胞含量不同,石细胞的含量与果实的含酸量呈显著负相关.但是不同品种梨又有一定的共同特征,即梨果肉中石细胞含量由近果心部果肉至近果皮部逐渐减少,梨果肉的品质是近果皮部果肉品质最好,果中部次之,近果心最差.此外,套袋可以降低石细胞的含量.

    Abstract:

    The paper reported the studies on contents and distributions of stone cell and their effects on fruit quality of pear.The results indicated that there were differences on content of stone cell in fruit among varieties, and there were obviously negative relations between the content of stone cell and acid content.But there was the same character among varieties,the content of stone cell was reduced gradually from fruit core to its skin, as well as the quality of flesh near fruit skin was the best, the middle flesh was followed,and the flesh near the fruit core was worst.In addition, bagging might reduce the content of stone cell.
