fecal specimens from Zhengyangguan farm in Anhui Province were examined with Sheather`s sucrose floating method.The results showed that the rate of meat chicken Eimeria was 46.1%(83 specimens out of 180), and the rate of meat-breeding chicken Eimeria was 70.0%(14 specimens out of 20). They were confirmed to be E.acervulina,E.mitis, E.maxima, E.tenella and E.necatrix,respectively.SAS system analysis indicated that there was a significant difference between E.necatrix and other Eimeria.
