The development of expert system for Dangshansu pear cultivation,based on the collection of expert knowledge and research achievements, by using XF4 1 expert system tool was introduced in this paper. The system structure, characteristic of function and strategy of its realization were stressed.The knowledge base, including every process in Dangshansu pear production,was described in detail for the purpose of inquiry service.
