A.virosa belongs to Basidiomycotina,Hymenomycetes,Agaricales,Amanitaceae, Amanita .It is a poisonous mushroom and can form ectomycorrhiza with Fagaceae.A study on pure culture of ectomycorrhizal fungus A.virosa was carried out.The influences of different media,C and N sources,pH values,temperature on A.virosa were investigated and reported for the first time.
