This is the first paper on the Myxomycetes in Qinling Mountains in which 71 species belonging to 26 genera in 5 orders are listed.Of them,32 species are new to the areas, Diderma montanum (Meylan) Meylan and Physarum bitectum G Lister are new to China.Specimens examined are deposited in the Herbarium Mycologicum of Institute of Mycrobiology,Academia Sinica (HMAS) and in the Herbarium Mycologicum of Jilin Agricultural University (HMAS).
