Effect of applying Se in tea garden,spraying Se on tea plants and spraying Accelerating Bud Sprouting Matter (ABSM) after applying Se on Se content increase of tea was studied.The results showed that either applying Se in tea garden or spraying Se on tea plants would not benefit tea bud sprouting and growing.The method of spraying ABSM after applying Se in tea garden not only increased Se content in tea shoots but also accelerated over winter bud sprouting and growing.This method relieved the contradiction of Se content increase in tea and biomass of tea shoots.
