    摘要:

    以低能量的Nz+离子的不同剂量注入美洲黑杨的枝条冬芽和银杏胚部,引起酯酶同工酶和过氧化物酶同工酶在数量、种类和活性上的变化;酶谱的变化与注入剂量有关,但不显著;生理变异可通过无性繁殖遗传;突变致死剂量效应呈非指数变化。

    Abstract:

    The distinct changes of esterase isozyme and peroxidase isozyme in numbers,kinds and activities were observed after N+ ion with 30 kev energy implanting into branch-bud of Populus deltoides and embry of Cinkgo biloba. The results demonstrated that the isozyme activities became weaker with the doses increased.The physiological variations were inheritable through vegetative procesesses. Besides,N+ ion implantation caused significant decrease of field sprouting percentage,and the semilethal doses effects showed a non-index change.
