    摘要:

    用凝胶电泳方法,测定了柑桔18个生物型叶片的过氧化物酶同工酶。对酶谱特征和一些特殊类型的酶谱变化情况进行了分析。认为过氧化物酶同工酶分析,可以用来鉴别柑桔品种和某些变异类型。并采用酶谱距离排序方法,定量研究各生物型之间的酶谱差异,探讨其亲缘关系。

    Abstract:

    Peroxidase Isoenzyme (POI) in the matural leaf of 8 citrus biotypes was tested by means of electrophoresis in polyacrylamide gel. The general characterastics of POI profile in citrus leaf and the variation of POI profile in some special biotypes were analysed. It was suggested that the POI analysis can be used to identify some citrus cultivars and variants. In order to approach the relationships among the biotypes, the differences of all biotypes in POI profile were studied quantitatively by ordination using the distance of POI profile.
