Mr. Dabie is situated in the area where the boundaries of three provinces (Anhui, Hubei and Henan)meet. Its summit of the highest peak is 1774m above sea level, and lie; at 31~044'N and 106~0(?)'E in NSDM of Anhui Provi-nce The area of NSDM encompasses Jinzhai County, Huoshan County and part of SEucheng County. The main forest vegetation types on NSDM can be divided into 28 formations belonging to 4 vegetation types, And all of 28 formations are described in the present paper.
